For once, Onleaks has published the first images of a much anticipated smartphone, this time the Samsung Galaxy S11.
As always, this leak is based on the smartphone’s factory CAD drawings, and Onleaks’ reputation in this area is well established. This time, Onleaks has partnered with 91Mobiles to offer 3D renderings based on these CAD drawings.
New Photo Module
Several changes in the design of Samsung smartphones can be seen in these images. This is not a profound change in the smartphone’s appearance,
however, as it takes up the curved and rounded AMOLED screen of the previous Galaxy S, while adopting the placement of the selfie camera in the center as on the Galaxy Note 10.
The diagonal would be about 6.7 inches, which is larger than on the Galaxy S10, as another leak announced recently.
Two elements have caught our attention on the images published here. First the new photo module which seems to house no less than 5 sensors on the back.
A similar photo module seems to be on hand for the Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71, whose announcement seems to be fast approaching.
On the edges we can see a change of design for the physical buttons. It’s quite subtle, but the phone’s rounded back seems to cover almost all of its edges, except for the volume and power buttons. A bit like when you put a protective shell on the back of a smartphone.
